We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Chef specializing in Continental cuisine to join our dynamic culinary team. As an All-Rounder Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes ranging from classic Continental fare to innovative culinary creations. Your expertise in a wide range of cooking techniques, flavors, and ingredients will be essential in delivering high-quality dining experiences.
Responsibilities:
• Menu Planning and Development: Create and update menus that feature a variety of Continental dishes, ensuring a balance of flavors, textures, and presentation.
• Food Preparation and Cooking: Execute cooking techniques with precision and efficiency, including but not limited to grilling, roasting, sauteing, baking, and poaching.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, freshness, and presentation.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage food inventory levels to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff to train, mentor, and develop culinary skills within the team.
• Adherence to Health and Safety Regulations: Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations in the kitchen at all times.
• Customer Satisfaction: Consistently strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional dining experiences.
