Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Chef De Partie role at The Rustic Spin. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality, and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards. The Chef De Partie will also assist with menu planning and recipe development, and will be responsible for training and mentoring junior chefs.

Requirements :

• The candidate must have an experience of 2-3 years as a CDP in Continental Cuisine and be aware of Telugu Cuisine and its flavour profiles.
• Should know authentic pasta, pizza preparations, appetizers, wings, base sauces, toppings, desserts, and beverages.
• Good Leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Direct the food preparation process and delegate tasks to kitchen staff.
• Cook and prepare high-quality dishes in accordance with the menu.
• Supervise all kitchen stations and ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard.
• Ensure that all food hygiene practices are followed and maintained.
• Manage inventory, stocking, and ordering of ingredients and supplies.
• Lead and motivate the kitchen team to deliver the best possible service to our customers.
