This role requires a special talent and passion for ensuring the culinary team delivers the highest of culinary consistently, and ensuring that our food offering is at the center of our guest experience. This role is part of the Kitchen Department, reporting into the Sous Chef.What you will do:Supervise the kitchen brigade to ensure the smooth running of the department; communicate effectively with staff and ensure they are fully briefed at all times.Control the quality and presentation standards of various outlets and the Staff Restaurant.Supervise and carry out refresher training on an on-going basis.
