We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Chef de Partie to lead our culinary team and oversee all aspects of our kitchen operations. Responsibilities:
• Food Preparation: Prepare and cook dishes according to standard recipes and specifications.
• Station Management: Oversee and manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and in a timely manner.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation. Conduct regular inspections of ingredients and equipment to ensure freshness and proper functionality.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of orders.
• Training and Supervision: Train and supervise junior staff members, ensuring they understand and follow proper cooking techniques, safety procedures, and kitchen protocols.
• Inventory Management: Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies as needed, and minimizing waste.
• Menu Development: Contribute ideas for menu development and improvement, including creating new dishes and updating existing ones.

Requirements:
