About the role of Pastry Chef de Partie:

The Pastry Chef de Partie is an integral part of the Pastry Kitchen, serving the Restaurant, Room Service, Banqueting, and all in-house Amenities.

This position will work closely with the Pastry Jr. Sous Chef and Executive Pastry Chef to supervise and oversee the the operation.

Pastry Team in the preparation and production of all desserts and pastry items and maintain the smooth running of the operation.

Requirements:

2-3 years of Pastry experience in a similar role in a five star luxury hotel

Working knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, and COSHH

The ability to speak English fluently

Passion for pastry and baking

Strong work ethic and ability to work as a team

Preferred Asian or Arab national
