Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie. As a Chef De Partie, you\'ll be responsible for managing and overseeing different sections of the kitchen, producing and delivering high-quality dishes, and maintaining hygiene and cleanliness. You\'ll also be responsible for managing the kitchen team, maintaining inventory, and creating new dishes to enhance the customer\'s experience. Qualifications Culinary degree or diploma and suitable work experience Experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen Strong culinary skills and knowledge of South Indian cuisine Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational and time-management skills Good communication and leadership skills Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure Good knowledge of kitchen equipment and maintenance
