Goafornia Beach Lounge is seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Turkish and Lebanese cuisine, ensuring high-quality and authentic dishes for our guests. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of Turkish and Lebanese dishes.
Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a reputable restaurant.
Expertise in Turkish and Lebanese cuisine.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and creativity.
Skills:
Proficiency in preparing Turkish and Lebanese dishes.
Culinary arts training or relevant certification.
Team player with strong communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
