Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the Continental section in the kitchen.
• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality continental dishes, ensuring consistency and taste.
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
• Maintain hygiene standards and kitchen organization.
• Manage stock levels, ensuring quality ingredients are available.
• Collaborate with other sections to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in continental cuisine.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
