CGH Earth is looking for a skilled Chef de Partie (CDP) with expertise in multi-cuisine for our charming Singell property in Darjeeling. This role offers the chance to showcase your culinary talents and grow with an eco-friendly hospitality brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present multi-cuisine dishes with consistency and excellence.

Oversee a specific kitchen section, ensuring smooth operations and timely service.

Train and guide junior chefs and kitchen staff.

Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards in food preparation.

Collaborate with the Sous Chef and kitchen team for menu planning and daily operations.

Manage inventory, minimize waste, and control food costs in your section.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a CDP in a multi-cuisine kitchen.

Expertise in Indian, Continental, and other cuisines is an advantage.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation protocols.

Passion for delivering high-quality dishes and attention to detail.
