Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes as per restaurant standards.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
- Assist in menu planning and inventory management.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
- Culinary diploma/certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and techniques.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team.
- Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation.
- Chinese/Continental CDP preferred.
