Experience: 3+ Years in Culinary Operations
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring efficient and high-quality food preparation.
• Prepare and present dishes in accordance with Hotel Spectrum's standards.
• Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring smooth operations.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and maintenance of kitchen supplies and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Assist in menu development and seasonal dish creation.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate food service.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 3+ years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a hotel or restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for culinary excellence.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
