Job Title: Chef & Professional Butcher

We are seeking a Chef with exposure in Italian or European cuisine who can also take on the role of a Professional Butcher . This dual-role position involves preparing exceptional dishes for three days a week and performing professional butchery tasks for the remaining working days. The ideal candidate must be available to work on Sundays, with compensatory off days provided during the week.
Responsibilities:
•As a Chef:•
• Prepare and cook Italian or European dishes with our recipe.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
• Manage ingredient sourcing and ensure consistency in food quality.
•As a Professional Butcher:•
• Process and prepare various cuts of meat to industry standards.
• Handle deboning, trimming, and portioning meat for processing or sale.
• Maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols in the butchery area.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow in the production area.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in preparing Italian or European dishes.
• Professional experience as a butcher, with knowledge of meat cutting techniques.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Flexibility to adapt to dual roles.
• Availability to work on Sundays, with compensatory off days during the week.
• Physical stamina and attention to detail for butchery tasks.
Work Schedule:
• Chef Role: 3 days a week
• Professional Butcher Role: Remaining working days
• Sunday: Working day
