Commis Chefs - Tandoor & Chinese

Position:

• 3 Commis - Tandoor
• 3 Commis - Chinese

Location: Hotel The Ganga Residency, Barh
Experience Level: 1-2 years preferred in Tandoor/Chinese cuisine
Compensation: Competitive salary with food and accommodation provided

Key Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation : Assist in the preparation of high-quality Tandoor/Chinese dishes, following recipes and maintaining consistency in flavor and presentation.
• Hygiene & Safety : Follow kitchen hygiene standards and ensure the cleanliness of the work area.
• Inventory Management : Assist in managing and organizing ingredients and kitchen supplies specific to Tandoor or Chinese sections.
• Collaboration : Work closely with senior chefs to learn and improve skills while contributing to efficient kitchen operations.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in Tandoor or Chinese cooking is preferred.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food safety practices.
• Passion for cooking, with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?6,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
