Company Description The Green Straw is a sustainable living brand based in Ahmedabad that provides low-waste solutions and experiences through products, workshops, talks, and awareness campaigns to achieve environmental sustainability. The company also runs a conscious community space with an eco-friendly product store, thrift store, event and co-working space, and cafe. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef for a new project. The Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals and baked goods for customers, managing inventory, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and introducing and implementing sustainable practices in the kitchen. Qualifications Expertise in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes and baked goods Ability to manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized kitchen Knowledge of sustainable food practices and the ability to integrate them into the kitchen Excellent time management and multitasking skills Ability to work well in a team environment Certification from a culinary institute is preferred but not required
