Job Overview

Twixor is seeking a talented and experienced Chatbot/Designer to join our team. As a Chatbot/Designer, you will play a key role in designing and developing chatbot interactions and user experiences for our clients across various messaging channels. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field
• Proven experience designing and developing chatbot interactions and user experiences
• Proficiency in chatbot platforms and frameworks, such as Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or IBM Watson
• Strong knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning techniques
• Experience with front-end development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with API integration and web services
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and create chatbot interactions and user experiences for messaging channels such as WhatsApp, FB Messenger, Telegram, and more.
• Architect & design chatbots and conversational solutions based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, UX designers, and product managers, to gather requirements and implement chatbot solutions.
• Develop conversation scripts and flowcharts to guide the chatbot\'s interactions with users
• Integrate chatbot applications with external systems and APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange
• Test and debug chatbot interactions to ensure smooth functionality and optimal user experience
• Monitor and analyze chatbot performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in chatbot design and development
• Provide support and training to clients on chatbot usage and management.
