This full-time role requires 1 to 3 years of work experience in developing advanced chatbot applications. As part of a global team, the ideal candidate will contribute to the development and deployment of intelligent chatbot solutions that leverage cutting-edge technologies for enhanced customer interactions.Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Dialogflow (Mandatory skill) for designing and managing conversational experiences with complex chatbot flows.
• Experience with Microsoft Bot Framework (Mandatory skill) to build, test, and deploy conversational applications across different platforms.
• Understanding of omnichannel chatbot capabilities (Mandatory skill) to provide seamless customer experiences across multiple messaging channels.
• Familiarity with Natural Language Processing techniques to enhance chatbot interactions and improve engagement efficiency.
• Knowledge of TensorFlow for implementing machine learning models that optimize chatbot functionality and performance.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI GPT for developing sophisticated conversational AI models and responses.
• Technical expertise in chatbot development to design and implement scalable and robust chatbot solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges in chatbot interactions and improve overall user satisfaction.
