Handle patient queries via WhatsApp and emails.
Assist patients with booking consultations, follow-ups, and resolving concerns.
Provide empathetic, accurate, and timely responses to patient inquiries.
Work closely with the CRM team to ensure smooth patient journey management.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when required.
