Blended process 80%Chat and 20%calls
Candidate should be flexible for both work from office .
Candidate should have own laptop,charger and stable WiFi for connection
System- i3 or i5 processor with 8GB Ram and Wifi speed up to 30 MBPS
Job Role Customer Information Specialist ( associate has to solve queries of E-Commerce)
Age : Upto 35 year
Customer service Experienced will be consider
>Hsc/Graduate Fresher or Minimum 6m experience into Bpo/chat or voice .
>minimum 6Month of experience in customer service mandatory
>Excellent Verbal Communication required
>Salary upto 26k
Shift timing : 7am to 2am (any 9hr)
6 days working ,1 week off
Females last shift ends at 8pm for Work from office
Do not call if you're not Ohk with the hybrid work.
Need to carry own laptop and headphone for interview
Timing: 11am to 3 pm
Walking interview at the office /Only immediate Joiner who can join within 2 days.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
