Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via live chat, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting our products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues, provide product information, and offer solutions.
2. Communication:
- Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring clear understanding of their concerns.
- Utilize active listening skills to empathize with customers.
3. Product Knowledge:
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products/services.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
4. Problem-Solving:
- Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management as needed.
5. Quality and Productivity:
- Meet or exceed quality and productivity standards.
- Participate in quality monitoring and coaching sessions.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
2. 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a chat support environment.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
5. Proficiency in computer applications, including chat software and CRM systems.
6. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
7. Female Candidates Preffered.
Desirable Qualifications:
1. Certification in customer service or a related field.
2. Experience with chat support software and technology.
3. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
