Experience - Fresher to 1 years
Qualification: Graduate
Location - Sector - 60, NOIDA
Shifts: 24/7 rotational, 6 days working
Interview Mode: HR and OPS rounds
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries, bookings, ride issues, and payments.
• Provide app troubleshooting support and resolve escalations.
• Ensure a smooth customer experience and meet service metrics.
Skills Required:
• Excellent English and Hindi communication (verbal and written).
