We are seeking an energetic and customer-oriented •International Customer Service Associate• to join in NOIDA.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction : Respond to customer queries and concerns through Chat professionally and in a timely manner.
• Issue Resolution : Troubleshoot customer issues effectively, providing accurate solutions and escalating when necessary.
• Adaptability : Remain flexible to shift changes and handle peak periods with high efficiency.

Requirements

• Education : UG/ Graduates /PG ( Any Stream)
• Experience : 1-5 years in customer service, preferably handling international clients (Chats)
• Skills :
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
• Availability : Willingness to work night shifts or rotational shifts
