About Role: We seek an experienced and strategic Chat Support Executive (Social Media) to oversee and enhance our brand's online presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will manage and improve public perception, respond to customer reviews, monitor brand mentions, and mitigate potential online crises. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, PR, and customer service teams to ensure a consistent, positive brand image.
Responsibilities:
Respond to Reviews & Feedback: Engage promptly and professionally with customer reviews (both positive and negative) across various platforms, offering solutions where necessary and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Manage Social Media Presence: Maintain the brand's image on all social media platforms by monitoring comments, reviews, and messages, and addressing any complaints or negative comments.
Reporting: Generate routine reports and analytics on online reputation metrics, offering insights and suggestions to senior management.
Coordinating with the Social Media query team.
Job Qualifications and Skill Sets :
- Analytical approach + Data-Driven Thought Process + Optimization mindset.
- The ability to think creatively, own things, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- A start-up mentality with a bias to action and the ability to flex in a fast-paced environment
- Competency in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis & presentations. - Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
