Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
• Follow company policies and procedures while handling customer queries.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
