Provide customer support through Chat.
• Ability to understand the issue and resolve the miscellaneous queries
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Good customer handling skills
• Should be comfortable working for Rotational shifts & Voice process
Eligibi ? lity Criteria:
• Education: Intermediates, Graduates and Postgraduates
• Work location: HYDERABAD,BAHADURPALLY
• Flixibility: 24/7 with 2 rotational Off
• 2-way cab facility provided
• Salary range-Freshers - 2.4 LPA to Experienced (Minimum 2Yr) - 3.9 LPA.
