PROFILE-Customer Support Executive We are looking for well-spoken, enthusiastic people, with the drive to address customer issues with sensitivity & empathy, and resolve them in a swift, proficient and friendly manner through a variety of channels such as call, chat and email. This individual will be instrumental in customer retention, by efficiently and successfully addressing concerns and by communicating in a professional and positive manner. Top candidates need to be detail-oriented, motivated and have excellent people skills.
