Salary Details:

For experienced candidates:
?20,000 in-hand
?24,000 CTC

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries and concerns via email and chat professionally Ensure customer satisfaction and provide timely resolution Maintain documentation and logs for all interactions
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
