Responsibilities:
Handling emails / chats resolving technical and customer service issues.
Maintain the reports accurate.
We are hiring for Voice / Non voice / Email / Chat domestic and international process for BPO / customer support and Seller support executive, technical support associate.
Requirements:
Proficient in Connectivity telecom issues and customer service.
Proficient in Understanding of Customer product and support.
Candidate must be fluent with English Language.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
