Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Nature of Role: Voice and Non-voice, Blended Process
Requirements:
• Excellent English voice communication skills are a must.
• Graduates required.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience preferred, but freshers can also apply.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent spoken English communication skills.
• Age limit criteria (18-35) Only apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide customer support to clients through both voice and non-voice channels.
• Follow up with customers and ensure their needs are met.
• Achieve assigned targets within agreed timelines while adhering to quality guidelines.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the client's products/services.
• Accurately log all interactions using established business processes and tools.
• Provide prompt, reliable, and accurate information to customers.
• Demonstrate the ability to identify solutions based on established processes and procedures.
• For non-voice profiles, a good typing speed is required.
