• Resolve customer issues via chat services including chat, text, email, social media, direct messaging as well as other nonverbal platforms.
• Answer incoming communications from customers
• Get answers for customers quickly
• Consult on products with compassion

• Great written communication skills including grammar and spelling
• Computer savvy
