Job Description
• Resolving customer complaints & queries brought to your attention under a specific timeline through mails and chats
• Manage and drive sales team target and performance
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives so that they can bo converted into sales
Age between 18 to 26 years
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ?12,013.85 - ?20,502.51 per month
