• Proven experience as a customer service representative or in a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
• Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer support software.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Knowledge of basic computer applications and internet browsing.
• Typing speed 60 WPM.
• Graduation in any stream.
• Retail & Ecommerce Experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Night shift
