Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service, including technical support and product assistance via phone, email, and live chat
Utilize computer software to perform various tasks such as data entry and report generation
Maintain customer records, including updating customer profiles and inputting payment information
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including network connectivity and software performance
Perform quality checks on various products and services to ensure they meet company standards
Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service to customers
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service is provided
