It is the largest provider of fixed-line, broadband, and mobile services in the UK, and also provides subscription television and IT services. Job Title Customer Support Associate (Chat) Job Role

  • Handling customer queries, complaints, chat, and email.

Experience
  • Candidate should have a minimum of 1 year and above experience in an International BPO.
Salary
  • Up to 4.2 LPA (hike as per last drawn & experience)

Requirements Requirements:
  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience in handling chat/email in different time zones.
  • Ability to handle chat/email from global clients and provide professional responses.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts.
  • Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Basic technical knowledge.
Shift
  • 5 days working rotational 24/7 shift
Week Off
  • 2 days rotational week off
