: Chat Position Job Opening for Fresh Graduates in a Leading MNC in Gurgaon Our client is a global professional services company specializing in digital, cloud, and security. They provide Strategy and Consulting, Technology, and Operations Services across more than 40 industries.

• Suitable for recent graduates with any academic background

• Accountable for handling customer inquiries, grievances, and requests through chat

• Obliged to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts

• Work mode: On-site

• Location: Gurgaon (applicants must be residents of Gurgaon; pick & drop facility available)

• Essential requirement: Exceptional English communication skills

• Employment type: 12-month contract (potential transition to client payroll based on exceptional performance and business needs)

• 5-day work week with 2 rotational offs

Salary

• CTC of 25000 per month plus additional benefits

• 5-day work week with 2 rotational offs

Shift

• Rotational and night shifts
