Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Chat Support Executive to join our team, supporting customers of our gaming products. As a Chat Support Executive, you'll be responsible for delivering a high-quality customer experience via social media chat and other online platforms, assisting USA-based customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and support for our gaming products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide prompt, professional, and accurate assistance to customers via social media chat and other online messaging platforms.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with a positive, customer-first attitude.
• Resolve product-related issues by understanding customer needs and delivering clear and effective solutions.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our gaming products to provide accurate and thorough answers to customer questions.
• Collaborate with other teams as needed to escalate issues or provide additional support.
• Maintain high standards for customer satisfaction and ensure timely follow-ups.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Good communication skills with a focus on written English.
• Excellent English writing skills with the ability to respond clearly and concisely to customer inquiries.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving approach.
• Ability to work independently, especially during USA night shifts.
• Previous experience in customer support, chat support, or a similar role is a plus, but not required.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
• Ability to work night shifts (USA time zone).
• Strong interest in gaming products and willingness to learn about new gaming releases.
