Job Location Pawai Mumbai Blended process 80%Chat and 20%calls Walk in time 11 am to 2 pm only HSC/ Graduate work from office (hybrid) training from office only Candidate should have own laptop, charger and stable WIFI for connection System- i3 or i5 processor with 8GB Ram and WIFI speed up to 30 MBPS Job Role Customer Information Specialist ( associate has to solve queries for E-Commerce) Do not send any fresher candidate candidate should be flexible for work from office when asked in interview >minimum 6 months of experience in customer service (chat/voice) mandatory >Excellent Verbal Communication required Shift timing : 7am to 2am (any 9hr) Female last shift end at 9pm 6 days working ,1 week off Carry own laptop and headphone for interview Walking interview at the office Pawai. /Training for 2month for work from office den hybrid work.
