Job Description
CUSTOMER SERVICE (INBOUND):
? Excellent communication skills
? Should be able to handle stock market-related queries and grievances along with exchange cases.
? Should be able to handle Email desk, voice mail, phone calls, Whats app and Chabot
? Report customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary to prevent potential churn.
? Customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documentation.
? Make product recommendations or services to customers based on their needs and preferences.
? Need male candidates
? Night shift (2.30pm-11.30pm) (11.30pm-8.30 am) own transport
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,793.41 - ?25,154.25 per month
Experience:
