Engineering services: Comprehensive design, engineering, and validation capabilities for complete vehicle development projects: CAD, CAE and testing of all major vehicle functionalities. Proving grounds: The most comprehensive proving grounds in Europe and Asia, located in Spain and China. Both test tracks offer excellent customer support and facilities that provide the highest standards of safety and confidentiality. Homologation services in accordance with all European EC and ECE Regulations. We are also accredited for Australia, Europe, Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia and give consultancy to other countries and regions such as South America (including Brazil), China, Middle East, Gulf Countries, ASEAN, USA and Canada, among others.You will be responsible for the following:

• Designing ARBs, steering knuckles, suspension links, top mounts, control arms, suspension frames etc.
• Comparison of project design w.r.t benchmark designs
• Able to do basic system calculations.
• Able to prepare the kinematic files on CAD (UG NX)
• Preparations of CAD layouts for various variants - related to chassis systems
• 3d design of built to print parts like brackets, knuckles, LCAs, Bushes etc.
• Preparations of 2d drawings along with GD&T.
• Checking interference & clearances, both dynamic and static.
• Preparing Interface Signoff sheets.
• Design for assembly and service should be taken into consideration.
• Preparation of Chassis BOM for vehicle build with identification of consumables as well.
• Defining of SC & CC characteristics in terms of assembly and performance of the system.
• Coordinating with other IDIADA team members on the same project for reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum experience of 6 years in Automotive Industry.
• UG NX proficiency. Moreover, to UG side is preferred but should be able to operate CATIA as well
• Experience of Design & Development of Chassis components / systems
• Valid Passport
• Should be able to join within a month\'s time.

QualificationsEducation
Bachelor or Master\'s degree in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering.Profile * Good communication skills and confident in discussions at different hierarchical levels

• Recognizable empathy, with team spirit, and with high level of assertiveness
• Committed, goal driven, with successful result orientation and with strong service orientation
• Open to work in an international company with multicultural teams.
• Good in office tools like power point, excel etc.
