Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant to manage and oversee the financial operations of the organization. candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with financial regulations, preparing accurate financial reports, and providing strategic financial advice to support business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to improve financial performance.

2. Taxation and Compliance:

• Manage direct and indirect tax filings, including GST, Income Tax, TDS, etc.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and timely submission of returns.

3. Auditing and Internal Controls:

• Lead internal and external audits, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
• Implement and monitor internal control systems to safeguard assets.

4. Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Monitor actuals versus budgets and address variances effectively.

5. Financial Advisory:

• Provide strategic financial insights to the management team to support decision-making.
• Assist in mergers, acquisitions, and other financial restructuring activities.

6. Team Management:

• Supervise and mentor junior finance team members.
• Review and approve work prepared by junior staff.

7. Other Responsibilities:

• Oversee payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulatory frameworks.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and tax laws.
• Proficiency in financial tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally, QuickBooks).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
• Leadership abilities to manage and develop a finance team.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
• Minimum [2/5/7] years of post-qualification experience in accounting, auditing, or financial management.
