A chartered accountant preferably having ten years experience in working with construction industry having knowledge on Finalization of accounts, MIS, Job costing and indirect Tax.
We are seeking a seasoned Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 10 years of experience to manage financial operations for our projects in the South region. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting, project finance, and compliance, along with exceptional leadership and analytical skills. High administrative skills and managing all project site included IR & ROW issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial management and reporting for projects in the South region.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize project profitability.
• Prepare detailed financial analyses and forecasts to support project planning.
• Collaborate with project managers to monitor budgets and financial performance.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Liaise with external auditors and stakeholders as needed.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior finance staff.
