1. \' Monitor receivables. 2. \' Prepare site-wise profit and loss account on monthly basis. 3. CTC Analysis of Contract. 4. \' Make forecasts to assist business planning and decision-making. 5. \' Prepare Funds Flow Statement daily for the Project head. 6. Preparing MIS report monthly for the management. 7. Receivables & Payables Scrutiny. 8. Support leadership through business partnering by providing metrics, problem resolution, and reporting process performance 1. \' Reconciliation of IT TDS/TCS chart on a monthly basis. 2. \' Filing of IT TDS/TCS returns on a monthly basis. 3. All GST Act compliances. 4. \' Conducting monthly GSTR 2A reconciliation under the GST Act. 5. \' Approving contractor bills and coordinating with Contract Team to clearing of contractor bills and ad hoc advances. 6. Assisting the Accounts Payable team on GST nature and resolving cases when ITC is unavailable under GST, enabling the billing process more accurately and ensuring monthly checking of GST summary report. 7. \' Supporting internal and external audits by providing all required information to auditors; undertaking internal audits of transactions, where necessary. 8. RERA Compliances 9. PF Compliances. 10. Prepare data for regulatory reports such as cost audit, tax audit, 80 IB, due diligence report, transfer pricing audit, MSME reporting, society audit, MCA compliances etc. 11. Must have handled balance sheet finalization independently 1. \' Monitoring Daily Accounting. 2. \' Verification of Bills/Vouchers/Work orders/Purchase order/E-Way Bills/E-Invoice 3. Verification of Pending Bills 4. \' Petty Cash Book and Bank Reco. 5. \' Dr. and Cr. Reco 6. Weekly and Monthly Verification of site requirements. 7. Tracking payments in different cost heads to ensure that payments are within the budgeted project cost.
