Department : Finance & Accounts

Title : Financial Controller

Reporting to : Chief Financial Officer

Reportees :

1. Executive (Banking & Cash)

2. Executive (Accounts Payable, Receivable)

3. Executive (Costing & MIS)

Work in co-ordination with:

KEY DELIVERABLES

1. Tolerance free Budgeting and Cash Flow Statements.

2. No accounting disputes or errors in business partner accounts

3. No delays in taxation and statutory compliances & other deposits

4. No delays in the banking compliances

5. No Observations by Internal Auditor

Scope of Work:

1. Prepare Budgets and Cash Flow must be made as per the management vision and direction and ensure that they meet the targets.

2. Error Free Accounting

3. Proper Maintaining of the records & proper checks

4. Inventory Physical Verifications & Account Verifications

Qualification:

1. The candidate must be a well-qualified Chartered Accountant with registration in the CA Institute and must have a knowledge of Accounting, taxations for both direct and in direct.

2. Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP)

3. Ability to strategize and solve problems, Strong leadership and organizational skills and Excellent communication and people skills.

4. Educational exposure in Financial Management studies

5. Must have a knowledge in ratios and other MIS reports
