• Executive - level skills in holding conversations with senior executives.
• Excellent communication with management, meetings and presentations to be done.
• Contribute to new solution development based on the industry trends and management's problem statement.
• Create innovative insights for management, adapts methods & practices to fit operational team needs
Operational Excellence:
• Eager to learn new processes, systems and software.
• Conduct regular process audits, report and discuss deviations with management.
• Suggest ideas on improving organization's productivity and identify opportunities for improving company's operations and processes.
• Design and implement new processes.

• Implementation of new software/ERPs and efficient utilization of existing software
• Ready to take up all types of work-whether directly or indirectly related to process.
• Involvement in clients operations and business is must.
People related:
• Display teamwork, integrity and leadership. Work with team members to set goals and responsibilities for specific engagements. Foster teamwork and innovation.
• Utilize technology & tools to continually learn and innovate, share knowledge with team members.
• Conduct workshops and technical training sessions for team members. Contribute to the learning & development agenda and knowledge harnessing initiatives.
