The Consultant will work closely with our advisory team, providing strategic insights and financial expertise on infrastructure projects for government bodies, such as MMRDA, and large-scale institutional clients. The candidate will play a pivotal role in advising on the full lifecycle of infrastructure projects, from feasibility studies to financing execution, and post-project assessments. We are looking for a candidate with a blend of technical and financial skills, combined with sector-specific knowledge and strong presentational abilities to engage with key stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

Provide advisory support on infrastructure projects, including project finance, debt management, capital advisory, and transaction services.

Assist in developing financial models and performing financial analysis for infrastructure projects, including DCF methods (NPV, IRR).

Offer expertise on Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), concession agreements, and deal structuring.

Support MMRDA and similar institutions in preparing financial projections, risk assessments, and funding proposals.

Contribute to drafting and reviewing loan agreements, financial reports, and project documentation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic advice on financing structures and regulatory frameworks.

Manage key client relationships and liaise with multiple stakeholders, including government bodies and financial institutions.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of infrastructure finance trends, regulatory developments, and market conditions.

Skills:

Experience in infrastructure projects within sectors such as transportation, utilities, and social infrastructure.

Previous work on projects with public-sector bodies like MMRDA or large government-backed organizations.

Strong presentation and communication skills for engaging with senior leadership and decision-makers.

Knowledge of regulatory frameworks for infrastructure development, financing models, and investment strategies.

Qualifications:

Education: CA or equivalent qualification in Finance, Economics, or related fields.

Preferred Experience:

2 to 4 years of relevant experience in project finance, debt syndication, fund-raising, regulatory finance, or PPP in the infrastructure sector.

Experience with financial modelling, project feasibility, and advisory services.

Strong understanding of debt and equity finance, concession agreements, and infrastructure project funding.

Familiarity with financing structures and risk management frameworks, particularly for public-sector projects.

Strong knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.
