Chartered Accountant
Job Description
The candidate should have prior experience in:
• Banking loans, documentation, structuring, etc.
• Treasury - understanding of various market instruments and investments
• Cash flow - preparation, forecasting, budgeting
• Financial review - audit review, finalization
• Real estate background is preferable.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
• Liaisioning with banks for Loans, documentation, structuring and so on
• Lead audits to include annual financial audit, required by management and other authorities.
• Handling various Audits related to Payables.
• Compliance of internal policies & statutory compliance's accounting standards, TDS, GST.
• Drive the financial planning of the company by analysing its performance and risks.
• Preparation of Projections and Budgets
• Preparation of Financial reporting and Analysis
• Knowledge of Income tax
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?200,000.00 per month
