Job Summary:
The Chartered Accountant (CA) will be responsible for managing financial accounts, performing audits, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and extensive knowledge of accounting principles and practices. The ideal candidate will have a professional CA qualification and a proven track record in finance and accounting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Reporting:
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze financial reports to provide insights and recommendations to management.
• Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Monitor budget performance and report variances.
• Provide financial projections to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Auditing and Compliance:
• Conduct internal audits to ensure financial integrity and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and address any audit findings.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage tax filings.
• Accounts Management:
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Manage the general ledger and maintain accurate account balances.
• Financial Analysis:
• Perform financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Prepare management reports and presentations on financial performance.
• Support business units with financial analysis for projects and investments.
• Taxation:
• Prepare and file corporate tax returns.
• Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.
• Advise management on tax planning and strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
• Risk Management:
• Identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Ensure adequate internal controls are in place to safeguard company assets.
• Monitor compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Team Leadership and Development:
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certification: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a preference for experience in a similar role.
• Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
