We're Hiring Manager -Taxation & Audit For a leading Chartered Accountant Firm

Criteria:

• Manager -Taxation & Audit
• Male candidate only
• Chartered Accountant with 3 to 4 years post-qualification experience ( Preferably from midsize CA Firm only)
• Location: Dadar



• execution, supervising and ensuring the timeliness of deliverables
• monitoring and supervising team members
• independently leading and ensuring execution, advising and handling clientele for:
• retainer services for monthly accounts, management reports and compliances with TDS and GST
• statutory audits of the company
• income tax compliances including tax audits and filings
• transfer pricing structuring advisory, compliances and preparing study reports
• tax planning and advisory for various types of entities.
• basic knowledge of DTAA interpretation and issuance of certificates including 15CA/CB
• strong knowledge of income tax law
• basic knowledge around internal audits
• all other statutory compliances
• basic knowledge of GST regulations

Traits:

• worked with mid-size CA firm and looking after all compliances for corporate entities
• hands on working experience on finalization of accounts, accounting standards, audit, income tax, compliance advisory, etc.
• problem solving attitude
• able to handle client independently
• good grip on accounting concepts
• basic knowledge about GST, ROC
• have handled compliances for Private Limited clients (size of the clients served be 5 crores to 50+ crores), LLPs, HNIs, NRIs, etc
• excellent verbal & written English communication
• able to lead and monitor team of Accountant and Article assistants
• good grip on accounting softwares such as Tally ERP9/Prime, tax softwares, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?1,500,000.00 per year
