Hiring Immediate joiners for Chartered Accountant position Experience : 1 to 2 Yrs Determining financial objectives, designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial controls Formulating need-based business strategies for maximizing profitability & revenue generation & realizing organizational goals Developing and maintaining adequate internal control system, preparing annual & periodic financial results, submitting them to the management for review and to control the finances Formulating budgets and conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected figures & actual expenditure and implementing corrective actions Liaising and negotiating with banks and financial institutions for raising funds and non-fund-based facilities to meet working capital and project requirements Designing and implementing systems & procedures; supervising the consolidation of group accounts and preparation of financial statements & annual reports Supervising the preparation of MIS reports to provide feedback to top management on financial performance, such as fund management, credit control, profitability, and so on Managing transfer pricing audits and consolidation of books of account with the Parent Company in the UK Preparing and finalizing statutory/tax audits with auditors and ensuring all compliances under the regulatory Acts and other statutory bodies Interfacing with various-tax authorities for timely Income Tax return filing, ROC filings, various tax assessments of the companies and performing annual audits Ensuring compliance to the govt. rules and regulations as laid down by statutory authorities for assessment and filing GST and Income Tax Returns Confirming monthly / quarterly / annual statutory compliances related to taxation, MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs), and so on Liaising with statutory/ internal auditors for timely completion of audits & implementation of audit observations Attending the legal aspects / matters pertaining to the companies within the group Reviewing existing processes, and leading the implementation of systems aimed at enhancing process and operational efficiency of the organisation. Qualifications and experience: - CA -1 to 2 Yrs. Experienced - Prior experience of CA firms preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Candidate should be able to work in Commercial organisation Working Day :5 Working days + Alternate Saturdays) Timings: 11:00 A.m. to 8:00 p.m. (UK timings) Position Type: Permanent Job Location: Andheri East, Mumbai Notice period: ready to join immediately.
