We are currently seeking a dynamic, experienced, and results-oriented Compliance Manager to join our growing team. The Compliance Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the company adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal policies, minimizing risk, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines from regulatory bodies such as the RBI, ROC.

Audit and Monitoring:

Oversee the implementation of compliance audits and monitoring programs. Ensure that any compliance gaps are addressed and reported promptly.

Liaison with Regulators:

Serve as the primary point of contact with regulatory bodies for compliance-related matters. Ensure that the company responds appropriately to inquiries and audits.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance management, preferably in an NBFC, financial services, or banking environment.

Certifications:

Relevant certifications such as Certified Compliance Professional (CCP) or similar compliance-related qualifications are desirable.

Knowledge:

Deep understanding of Indian financial regulations, including RBI , ROC.
