Role: Associate - Executive / Senior Executive About the organisation: Finteger Business Solutions LLP is a multi-disciplinary professional services firm offering a range of services to clients across industries and geographies in the areas of Tax and Regulatory Consulting and compliance, Business Support Services and Business Consulting. Job Summary: The candidate shall be a part of our operations team and shall be responsible for services delivery across various business lines (Tax, Business Support and Business Consulting) for multi-national clients operating primarily in the Middle East, USA and India. The candidate is expected to be highly-motivated and goal driven with keen interest in various areas of tax and finance and the ability to deliver under pressure. Flexibility and willingness to pick up new assignments in various domains, researching and assisting leaders in devising solutions will be an integral part. Location: Bangalore (Bannerghatta road) Roles & Responsibilities: The following list of key accountabilities provides an indication of the responsibilities that the candidate will be expected to own and successfully deliver: Understanding the requirement of service delivery in accordance with the Statement of Work Contributing to the knowledge transfer and transition exercise Co-ordinating transition of tax and accounting related processes for existing and new clients Following the processes as documented in the Standard Operating Procedure (\'SOP\') and Process maps and performing the following tasks: Extraction and sanitisation of data Verification of tax position adopted by the client Collation of information Reporting of data Preparing, maintaining and updating trackers Ensuring that deliverables processed meet key client requirements such as KPI, TAT etc Suggesting automation of various tasks, repetitive tax & accounting entries with focus on continuous improvement. Experience and Skillset Required: 0 - 2 years of relevant shared service operations experience or 2 years\' experience with a global accounting firm (Executive) 2 - 5 years of relevant shared service operations experience or 2 years\' experience with a global accounting firm (Senior Executive) Working knowledge of Direct and Indirect taxes; Understanding of basic concepts of Transfer Pricing; and Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel + Powerpoint) Ability and willingness to take ownership of tasks assigned; Strong business acumen, flair for finance and tax and critical thinking ability. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to work with large amounts of data and gather information from various stakeholders. Ability to take ownership of the tasks assigned. Strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to successfully manage priorities with excellent attention to detail. Problem solving mindset and solution oriented. The role will require the candidate to work closely people from different nationalities and cultural backgrounds.
